Guidelines for Editors


The Editor-In-Chief/Executive Editor/Guest Editor/Leading Editor/Editorial Board Members make the potential team of SciKnowPub and play a significant role for completion of peer review process and the content of the Journal Manuscript/Book Chapter. The SciKnowPub Editors are experts in their respective subject fields and attract high-quality submissions leading to peer review process, revisions and recommendation for acceptance or rejection of Journal Manuscript/Book Chapter. SciKnowPub editors are guided to select the appropriate reviewers for reviewing process keeping in loop the subject field of submitted Journal Manuscript/Book Chapter and assign reviewers who are able to judge the work and are free from disqualifying competing interests. SciKnowPub editors are provided the free option to select the reviewers as listed by authors during Journal Manuscript/Book Chapter submission process or SciKnowPub editors can online search, select and assign at least two potential reviewers on their choice keeping in loop the subject field of submitted Journal Manuscript/Book Chapter. Handling Editors are guided to send the reminders to reviewers for timely submission of review reports and discourage the reviewers who consistently produce discourteous, poor quality or late reviews. The managing editors are suggested to finalize the decision on honest and merit basis. Furthermore, the editor comments and decision should not be influenced by origin, cultural, ethnic, political, gender, race or religious basis. The Editor-In-Chief/Executive Editor should monitor the performance of handling editors and peer reviewers and Editor-In-Chief/Executive Editor decision will be considered final and not challengeable.
