Scope of Book

This book provides a step-by-step guide for conducting the various experiment in the field of mycology. This manual provides the detailed protocol for cultivation, identification of fungi particularly filamentous fungi. Additionally, methods for determination of antimicrobial effect against fungi and topics for screening of enzyme producer fungi are also a part of this manual. Different methods for short- and long-term preservations of microbial cultures are also describing. With instructions and illustrations, this manual is helpful for the students, researchers and laboratory workers in field of microbiology.
